		Hello and Welcome   I'm Alan Bignell and this is the web site for my Alexander Technique practice and for "Forward and Up" my operation to bring the benefits of the Alexander Technique to commercial and other organisations.   Hopefully you'll find your way around the site fairly easily. I've tried to keep things simple and not get too technical.
