For
complete newcomers to the technique, I suggest
ideally two lessons a week for the first six weeks.
After
that, people generally come weekly until they feel
confident enough to strike out on their own. Many
then return for a course of top up lessons when
they feel it's necessary.
Incidentally,
for lessons it's best to wear comfortable clothes
that allow you free movement. Women usually feel
more comfortable in trousers or track suit
bottoms.
